Thomas E Buehrer

   Thomas Edward Buehrer, age 64, passed away unexpectedly at his residence in Peru, IN. Thomas was born in Lincoln Nebraska to the parents Gerald F Buehrer and the late Margaret Peggy Buehrer. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister, Cathy Buehrer. 

   In addition to his wife, Debra of Peru IN, those left to cherish his memory include his daughter Rachel Kaye Lewis and husband Aaron of Lima OH, his daughter Kaitlyn Marie Buehrer of Mountain City, TN, his father Gerald Buehrer of Portsmouth NH, brother Christopher Buehrer, his wife Wendy, and their two children Micheal and Matthew of Nevada TX, brother James, his wife Mary Buehrer, and their two children Sarah and Jacob of Stratford NH. 

   Tom always enjoyed model building; he said it relaxed him. He would sit on the floor for hours and mindlessly work on the models. Along with this, he loved watching Nascar on Sundays while yelling at the T.V. Like his daughter Kaitlyn, he loved going on car rides. He enjoyed watching the scenery and going on a new adventure. He was a Titanic enthusiast and loved looking for his next lucky find at a local flea market. 

   It was Tom's wishes that he be cremated and his ashes be scattered over Blue Job Mountain in NH; where his sister Cathy’s ashes were spread. At this time, there will be no formal services held. However, in the summer, there will be a celebration of life among family so that his wishes may be fulfilled.
