Susan E. Cunningham, 62, of Amboy, went to be with the Lord at 10:15 AM, Friday, January 24, 2025. Susan was born in Kokomo, IN on May 12, 1962, the daughter of Everett and Wanda Gilbert Stover. She married Larry Cunningham on February 19, 1983 and he survives. Susan was a 1980 graduate of Northwestern High School, where she competed in gymnastics, and believed firmly in the Lord, putting her faith before all else. She was an active member of the Zion Chapel in Peru, and an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved being with her family, especially spending time with her grandkids, whom she held very close within her heart. Susan often enjoyed hiking, and loved going on trails through the mountains and near waterfalls. She often spent time in her vegetable garden and orchard, producing many fruits and vegetables for family and friends. Susan is survived by her husband Larry; her mother Wanda; her three kids , Jeremy (Judy) Cunningham of Kokomo, Brandon Cunningham of Kokomo, and Lyndsay Cunningham of Wabash: grandchildren Bradley, Haley Angel, Jade, Jaxon, Meghann, Kylee, Alice, Nikki, Courtney, Jaxon, Jordan, Angel, and Gabrielle; great-grandkids Orion and Sylvia; and siblings Johnny Stover, Debbie Wilson, Terry Stover, and Melody Gingo. She was preceded in death by her father, Everett (1/25/1999) A service celebrating the life of Susan E. Cunningham will be held at 5:00 PM, Friday, January 31, 2025, at the Laird-Eddy Funeral Home, 201 N. Main St., Amboy, IN, with pastor John Babb officiating. Friends and family will gather from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Friday, at the funeral home.
