Shelley Kay Bullins

Shelley Kay Bullins, 65, of Peru passed away at 7:25 AM, Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Dukes Memorial Hospital. She was born in Wabash, IN on August 22, 1958, and raised by Homer and Mary Layman. On July 29, 1977, Shelley married Michael Bullins and he survives.

A woman of great faith and devotion, Shelley was an avid member of Fuel Church in Kokomo, IN and greatly enjoyed participating in the small groups and various activities. Above all, Shelley loved spending time with her family and her beloved dog Muffin, affectionately known as “Muff Muff”.

In addition to her husband, Michael, Shelley is survived by her children Candy Marie Bullins of Fort Wayne, IN, Andy Paul Bullins of Peru, IN, Amy Elaine Bullins of Wabash, IN and Michael Christopher (Megan) Bullins of Peru, IN; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and her siblings Herschel Layman, Penny Wohlford and Doug Roberts. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson Hunter Walker; sister Beth Layman and brother Steven Robert.

A graveside service celebrating the life of Shelley Kay Bullins will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, December 15, 2023, at Ever Rest Memorial Park Chapel. Family and friends will gather from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, Friday, December 15, 2023, at Ever Rest Memorial Park prior to the service.
