Parrit Louise Childers

Parrit Louise Childers, 76, of Peru passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 surrounded by family. She was born in Jackson, Kentucky on August 18, 1942 to Elbert and Eliza (Fugate) Campbell.

Parrit married James Childers on November 16, 1963 and he preceded her in death on December 16, 1993. Together they had two sons, James E. Childers, Peru, and Dennis Ray (April) Childers, Fairmount. Surviving in addition to her two sons, four grandchildren, Kylah (James) Johnson, Dakota (Chealsy) Childers, Dalton Childers, Dylan Childers and five great-grandchildren, Grace, Faith, Hope and Favor Johnson, and Alexander Childers, and three sisters, Edith Hardin, Mae Walker, and Joy Campbell

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James, one brother, and one sister.

Family and friends will gather for a visitation service at the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home, 84 W. Main St, Peru, IN, on Friday, March 1, 2019 from 4PM to 7PM.
