John F. Hight

John F. Hight, 58, of Cromwell, IN, formerly of Peru, passed away at 4:11 PM, Monday, May 14, 2018 at the Goshen Hospital, Goshen, IN. John was born in Peru on September 4, 1959, the son of Bill Dean and Carol Ann Fennell Hight. He was employed as a forklift driver for Dutchman Manufactured Homes. John is survived by a son Joshua Hight, Cromwell, IN and a daughter Heather Hight Tolley and her husband Jared also of Cromwell, IN; grandchildren Mya Hight, Tyler Dancy, Shelby Myers, Logan Myers and Tristin Hight, Alexis Tolley and Cody Tolley; one great grandson Jeremiah Myers; brother Tom Hight and his wife Kathy of Peru, IN; sisters Janice Gothard and her husband Mark of Nappanee, IN, and Charlotte Scheffer of Nappanee, IN. John was preceded in death by his parents, a son Jeremiah Hight, a brother Jeff Hight, and a sister Mary Christi Hight. A service celebrating the life of John F. Hight will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Miami Indian Building, 80 W. 6th Street, Peru, IN 46970. Please bring your favorite dish to pass. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home, 84 W. Main Street, Peru, IN 46970 to help the family with final expenses.
