Gleeann Van Petten, 54, of Ft. Wayne, passed away at 12:45 P.M., Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Ft. Wayne, IN. She was born in Peru, IN, on May 29, 1969, the daughter of Duane C. and Wilma G. (Beckley) Van Petten. Gleeann was a graduate of Northfield High School and received a BS at IPFW, Ft. Wayne, IN. She was a manager in the agriculture field. She is survived by her sister Denise K Phillips and her husband Stuart of Ft. Wayne, a brother Milton Jay Van Petten of Fayetteville, NC and a niece Shannon White and her husband Nick of Ossian, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents. Graveside services for Gleeann Van Petten will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, August 18, 2023 at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Peru with Pastor Randy Smoot officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made through the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home to Scratching Post Cat Rescue of Peru.
