Gary Lee Overley, Jr., 46, of Bunker Hill passed away October 22, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Plymouth on November 10, 1972, the son of Gary Lee and Sharon Kay Humes Overley Sr. Gary was a 1991 graduate of Logansport High School and a US Navy Veteran. Gary was an avid IU sports fan and supported the teams with enthusiasm. He was one of the original online moderators, known as CCGeneral, for Hoosier Sports Nation – He was the king of the recruiting forum and a solid poster on Btownbanners. Gary loved spending time with his dogs, Rudy and Crackle and his cat Cup Cake. Surviving are sisters, Tammi Peters, of Fishers and Randi (Rob) Wade, of Ft. Myers, Florida; step-sisters, Janet Parks of Missouri and Pam Cowgill of Marion, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Shelli Bryan and Terri Overley, step-mother Rebecca Overley and a niece, Heather Ross. There will be a private family service at a later date.
