Beverly Kay (Elifritz) Aspinwall

Beverly Kay Aspinwall, 70, of Peru, passed away at 6:56 P.M., Thursday, August 10, 2023 at her home. Bev was born in Piqua, Ohio, on May 17, 1953, the daughter of Boyd and Margaret (Thompson ) Elifritz. She married James R. Aspinwall on September 19, 1981 and he survives. Bev worked in production at AGP and appreciated domestic life, where it showed in her cooking, canning and quilting. She enjoyed spending time at the lake cottage, loved spoiling her puppies and relaxing in her back yard watching the fish in the koi pond and working in the flower garden. Surviving in addition to her husband, Jim, a sister-in-law, Julie (Bill) Sturch, brothers-in-law Jeff (Nadine) Aspinwall and Joe (Becky) Aspinwall; nieces and nephews Scott, Randy, Chris, David, Kelly, Trish, Sheryl, Amy, Zach, Brittany, Matthew, Nick, Eric, Racheal, Steven and Alex and several great nieces and nephews. Bev was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Delmer Elifritz and Ronald Elifritz. A graveside service, celebrating the life of Beverly K. Aspinwall will be held at Reyburn Cemetery, Monday, August 21, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. with Russ Tussey officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Rheumatoid Arthritis Association.
