Michael J. Dewing

Michael J. Dewing, 48, of Kokomo, IN, passed away at 4:11 PM, Friday, July 19, 2019 at Dukes Memorial Hospital, Peru, IN.  He was born in  Cambridge, MA on August 28, 1970 the son of August Pelletier  and Janice Masterson Dewing.  Mike married Sheryl Grady on September 20, 1991 and she survives.

Surviving in addition to his wife Sheryl are sons Michael Waters of Peru, IN, Shaun Dewing of Kokomo, IN and Stephen Dewing of Logansport, IN; daughters Stephanie Dewing of Rochester, IN, Maryanne Dewing of Logansport, IN and Michayla Dewing of Logansport, IN; grandchildren Delilah Dewing, Lillah Dewing, Noah Dewing, Owen Smith and Damien Brook; a sister Sandra Dewing of Somerville, MA and her children Samantha Dewing, William Dewing, Christopher Dewing and Christiana Arnold.  

Michael was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Christine Dewing and granddaughter Delilah Dewing.

Family and friends of Michael J. Dewing will gather from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home, 84 W Main Street, Peru. There will be a memorial service celebrating the life of Michael J. Dewing at 2:00 PM Saturday at the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Sutherland officiating.
