Matthew B. Gustafson

Matthew B. Gustafson, 52, of Indianapolis passed away at 6:40PM Friday, March 22, 2019, at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born in Peru on October 6, 1966 the son of Ronald and Carolee Parkman Gustafson.

Matthew was a 1985 graduate of Maconaquah High School and a member of the St. John’s Lutheran Church. He was employed as a sales consultant with Walmart.

Surviving is his father, Ronald Gustafson of Peru, a brother Christopher Gustafson and his wife Nicole of Peru, a sister, Angela Gunther and her husband of Dale of Titusville, Florida, a nephew, Bryce Hall and nieces, Kyrsten Ross and her husband Neil, Trysta Gustafson, Elizabeth Cunningham and her husband Chris, and Sarah Gunther.

Matthew was an animal lover and an avid collector of antique glass.

A memorial service will be held at 2PM Saturday, March 30, 2019 at the St. John’s Lutheran Church, 181 W Main St Peru, with Pastor Kenneth Greenwald officiating.
