Marie Hitlaw, 54, Wabash, IN, passed away at 8:00 AM, Monday, April 16, 2012 at Caring Hands Health Care Center, Peru, IN. She was born in Glenn Cove, NY on November 13, 1957 the daughter of Joseph John and Marie Ann Calsetta Kelly.
She married Jimmy Hitlaw on March 31, 2006 in Wabash, IN. She was an animal control officer in North Hempstead, NY.
She is survived by her mother Marie Ann Kelly of Spokane, WA; Jimmy Hitlaw of Wabash, IN; a daughter Danielle Marie Rivera, of Muncie, IN; a son Rafael Joseph Rivera of Peru, IN; a daughter Brenda Rivera of New York; a sister Patricia Beck and her husband Robert of Spokane, WA and an uncle Al Calsetta and his wife JoAnne of Georgia.
A memorial service celebrating the life of Marie Hitlaw will be held at 7:00 PM, Saturday, April 21, 2012 at the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home, 84 West Main Street, Peru with Rev. Francis I. Kilcline III officiating.
Family and friends will gather 5:00-7:00 PM, Saturday at the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home.
