JoAnne Irving, 72, of Peru, IN passed away at 7:32 PM, Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Greencastle, IN the daughter of Emerson Abe and Lorraine Richards Underwood. She married Leo R. Irving on October 22, 1972 in Greencastle, IN and he survives.

JoAnne was an Attendant at Mr. B’s and Main Street Laundry Mats until she retired in 2010.

Jo Anne is survived by a daughter Ann Eckelbarger and her husband Jeffrey, Peru, IN, a son Dave Irving and his wife Raychael of Kokomo, IN; grandchildren Katelin Eckelbarger, Emilee Eckelbarger, Miranda Irving, Mikaelyn Irving and David Irving; a brother Chuck Underwood and his wife Prudence, a sister Mary Wilson and her husband Wayne.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Benjamin and a sister Thelma.

A service celebrating the life of JoAnne Irving will be held at 6:00 PM, Friday, October 2, 2015 at the Mexico Baptist Church, Mexico, IN with the Pastor Charles Cole officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Guardian Angel Hospice in Kokomo.
