Ronnie S. Kuhn, 67, of Peru, passed away at 2:35 A.M., Friday, January 5, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Kokomo, IN on September 23, 1950. He married Kelly Finster on January 18, 1970 and she preceded him in death on December 19, 1988. He married Mildred Anne Fisher on April 21, 1990 and she survives. Ronnie was employed at Bryan Steam until his retirement in 2008. He was a member of the East Pointe Church, a US Marine Corp Veteran and a Viet Nam War Veteran. His military decorations include the National Defense Medal, the Viet Nam Service Medal, the Viet Nam Campaign Medal, the Combat Action Ribbon, the Good Conduct Medal and the Republic of Viet Nam Cross of Gallantry. Ronnie was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. His favorite pastime was spent in the company of his grandchildren. Surviving in addition to his wife Millie, are sons Michael Kuhn and his wife Rachel, Daniel “Joey” Kuhn and his significant other Janice Watt, a daughter Angela Ligon, grandchildren Aeden Ligon, Kinley Ligon, Cinta Kuhn and Kasih Kuhn, brothers David Wolfe and his wife Linda and John Kuhn, a sister Karen Flanagan and her husband Paul and several nieces and nephews. A service celebrating the life of Ronnie S. Kuhn will be held at 2:00 P.M., January 8, 2018 at the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home, 84 West Main St., Peru with Chap. John Murdoch officiating. Burial will be in the Rankin Cemetery. Visitation will be from Noon to 2:00 P.M., Monday at the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made through the funeral home to Guardian Angel Hospice or East Pointe Bible Church.
