Jeffrey “Mouse” Mikolajczyk, 55, of Mexico, IN, passed away at 10:30 AM, Saturday, November 26, 2011 at his residence. He was born in Toledo, OH on March 22, 1956 the son of Lawrence and Geraldine Malak Mikolajczyk. He married Syeda Gliszcinski on March 29, 1999 and she survives.

He graduated from Central Catholic High School in Toledo, Ohio in 1974.

He was a former rural paper carrier for the Peru Tribune in the northern part of Miami County.

Also surviving are sisters Laura Maynard of Peru, IN, Diane (Mike) Spina of Malabar, FL, Paula (Toby) Timmons of Maumee, OH and Mary (Matthew) Brumm of Lavonia, MI; a step-son Syed Usman-Ali Hashmi and his step-mother Sophia Mikolajczyk of Toledo, OH.

A memorial mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM, Friday, December 2, 2011 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Sylvania, OH. Following the memorial mass, family and friends will gather at St. Joseph’s for a time a sharing and fellowship.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Jeff Mikolajczyk Memorial Fund at any PNC Bank.
